Measure the inner diameter (in mm) of a ring that fits the intended finger comfortably.
Use the chart below to find the closest corresponding ring size.
If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the quarter or half size in between when available.
If quarter sizes aren't offered, select the larger size for comfort.

Method 2: String, paper & a ruler

No reference ring? You can measure with everyday items: string (or a thin strip of paper), a ruler, and a pen.

Wrap the string or paper around the base of your finger.
Mark the point where the ends meet with a pen.
Measure the length in millimeters, then divide by 3.14 (π) to find the inner diameter.
