While the timeline varies depending on the design’s complexity, our custom process generally takes three to six weeks from final approval of the 3D rendering (CAD) to completion of your finished ring. We will provide a detailed timeline specific to your project during the design phase.
You’ll be welcomed by a member of our team and guided to a private office for a 1:1 consultation. We’ll take the time to understand your preferenes, style, and any ideas you have in mind. From there we’ll explore diamond shapes, sizes, and quality. Discuss metal options and setting styles and go over any custom details you would like to include. Whenever possible we will provide pricing on the spot and guide you through the next steps in creating your perfect piece
We work with a variety of metals including gold, silver, and platinum to create your perfect ring. You can choose from natural or lab grown diamonds as well as a beautiful range of coloured stones to personalize your design.
No, you do not need to book a consultation – walk ins are welcome. We do recommend booking a consultation for the best experience. To book a consultation visit our book a consultation link or feel free to reach out directly if you are hoping to come in sooner. We do have evening and weekend appointments available to suit your schedule. We are happy to accommodate when possible.
