Made-to-order jewellery

Our jewellery—including engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings, and pendants—is made to order. All made-to-order jewellery purchases are final sale. Except where required by applicable law, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or requests for refunds at any stage, including before design approval or the start of production.

Design review and production — engagement rings only

For engagement ring orders, you will receive computer-aided design (CAD) drawings within five calendar days of placing your order. You have five calendar days from receipt of the drawings to approve the design or request adjustments.

Prompt approval allows us to move your engagement ring into production sooner and helps expedite your order. Once you approve the design, production may begin before the five-day review period ends.

If we do not receive approval or an adjustment request within this five-day review period, we will proceed to production using the CAD drawings provided, without further approval.

If you request adjustments within the review period, we will communicate the next steps before proceeding to production. Once your engagement ring has entered production, no design changes can be made.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your jewellery arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match your order specifications, please contact info@moderndiamondbrokers.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

Please contact us before shipping any item back so we can provide instructions.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any cancellation, refund, warranty, or other rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
