While the timeline varies depending on the design’s complexity, our custom process generally takes three to six weeks from final approval of the 3D rendering (CAD) to completion of your finished ring. We will provide a detailed timeline specific to your project during the design phase.
Yes, we are happy to discuss incorporating your personal stones, such as an heirloom diamond, into a new custom ring design. We will need to inspect your stone to ensure it can be safely set and will provide a quote based on our jeweller’s assessment and setting requirements.
We work with a full range of precious metals, including Silver, 10k,14k, and 18k gold (available in white, yellow, and rose), and Platinum. Your choice of metal will be discussed during the design phase, taking into account durability, color preference, and budget.
